How do I purchase a ticket?
Click the “Purchase” button to be directed to the checkout page, where you create an account and enter your payment information. Once your payment is processed, you will be directed to the viewing page, where new films will be released each night of Hanukkah.
When can I watch?
New films (and bonus content) will become available to view each night of Hanukkah (at approximately 12 pm EST) and will remain available through the rest of the week, so you can easily catch up on anything you miss.
How long are the movies available?
The series will be available for 14 days from when you begin watching your first film - so if you begin watching the series on November 28th (opening night), you will have access to the whole series through December 11th.
How does my ticket support the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival?
50% of all proceeds from your ticket purchase will go directly back to AJFF!
How do I watch on my computer?
Return to the checkout page and log in using your account info to be directed to the viewing page, where new films and bonus content will become available each night of Hanukkah.
How do I watch on my TV?
You can watch the series on your smart TV via the ChaiFlicks app for Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV and Samsung. Detailed instructions for downloading the ChaiFlicks app and viewing on your smart TV can be found via the links below.

Once the ChaiFlicks app is installed on your smart TV, you would login using the username and password you created when purchasing your ticket (a ChaiFlicks subscription is NOT required). Once logged in to the app, navigate to the “Library” to access the Hanukkah Film Festival series.
If your TV is not compatible with one of these platforms, you can also stream from your computer to your TV using programs such as Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay - details on doing so can be found here.
How do I watch on my mobile devices?
You can watch the series on your smartphone or tablet via the ChaiFlicks app for iOS and Android. Detailed instructions for downloading the ChaiFlicks app can be found via the links below.

Do I need a ChaiFlicks subscription?
NO, a ChaiFlicks subscription is NOT required - the Hanukkah Film Festival series is a separate ticket purchase and is not included with a ChaiFlicks subscription.
Can I give the festival series as a gift?
Unfortunately, you cannot use a promo code when purchasing a gift via the ChaiFlicks platform, so we do not recommend using that method. However, if you or your organization would like to purchase a package of tickets to give as gifts, you can reach out to us directly here.
